青年教师是高职院校教育教学的中坚力量，其职业道德素养直接关乎人才培养质量与职业教育高质量发展。本文通过系统阐释教育家精神引领高职院校青年教师职业道德建设的时代要求与核心内涵，探索出以思想引领、能力提升、长效机制、创新培育为核心的实践路径，以期为新时代高职院校青年教师队伍的高质量建设提供理论参照和实践指南。

Young teachers are the backbone of teaching and education in higher vocational colleges,and their professional ethics are directly related to the quality of talent cultivation and the high-quality development of vocational education. By systematically expounding the era requirements and core connotations of guiding the construction of professional ethics of young teachers in higher vocational colleges with the spirit of educators,practical paths centered on ideological guidance,capacity improvement,long-term mechanisms,and innovative cultivation are explored,which aims to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the high-quality construction of young teacher teams in higher vocational colleges in the new era.
