辽宁农业职业技术学院学报

重业务轻党建现象是当前高校党建工作中最突出的问题。梳理了高校基层教师党支部重业务轻党建的具体表现,分析了具体原因,提出了党建与业务融合的思路。最后以辽宁农业职业技术学院农业经济管理学院为例,介绍了所在党支部在推进党建与业务工作融合方面的实践创新。

The phenomenon of paying more attention to business than Party building is the most prominent problem in the current Party building work in colleges and universities.The specific performance of the Party branch of grass-roots teachers in colleges and universities are sorted out,the concrete reasons are analyzed,and the ideas of the integration of Party construction and business are put forward.Finally,taking the College of Agricultural Economic Management in Liaoning Agricultural Technical College as an example,the practical innovation of the Party branch in promoting the integration of Party building and business work is introduced.
