乡村工匠是全面推进乡村振兴建设的重要人才力量。针对目前我国乡村工匠培养存在的扎根意愿不强、质量水平不高、缺少系统培养和培育主体协同性不强等问题，提出培养扎根基层意识、提高技艺技术水平、实施学徒制教育模式、产教融合协同培育等乡村工匠培育路径，为全面推进乡村振兴贡献力量。

Rural craftsmen are an important talent force to comprehensively promote rural revitalization and construction. At present,there are still some problems in the cultivation of rural craftsmen in China,such as weak willingness to take root,low quality level,lack of systematic cultivation and weak coordination of cultivation subjects. The cultivation path of rural craftsmen is put forward:cultivating the awareness of taking root at the grass-roots level,improving the level of skills and technology,implementing the apprenticeship education mode,and integrating production and education,which contributes to the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization.
